60cm DTF and DTG production solution for apparel printing

Factory-Direct 60cm DTF & DTG Printer Solutions

A 60 cm DTF and DTG line pairs the 600 mm HY-702 DTF printer (2 x Epson i3200-A1 heads, CMYK + White, inline powder shaker) with the HY-4050 DTG printer (40 x 50 cm platen). Choose DTF for mixed fabrics, caps, bags and bulk logo runs; choose DTG for soft-hand cotton apparel and premium short runs. Common confirmed configurations target shipment in 7 to 15 business days; custom lines vary.

A complete printing line, not just a printer: hardware, dryer or shaker, RIP, ICC profiles and operator training, tuned by us so you reach a stable, controlled production launch. The line includes a 1-year core-machine warranty and remote commissioning support.

DTG or DTF? Choose the right line for every order

The two routes solve different jobs. Most factories run both and pick per order.

Fabric coverage

DTF Cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, denim, even bags and caps - one workflow.

DTG Best on 100% cotton and cotton-rich; blends work, polyester needs expert settings.

Hand-feel

DTF A thin film layer; very consistent batch to batch, high durability.

DTG Softest - ink sits in the fibre for a premium drape and look.

Speed & cost

DTF Continuous throughput for uniforms and bulk; low cost per piece at volume.

DTG Stable per-piece output for short runs, on-demand and personalisation.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a DTF / DTG manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer. We do in-house design, assembly and QC, which is why you get stable configurations, direct factory pricing, fast lead times and stocked spare parts rather than a reseller markup.

How stable is the machine for mass production?

Stability depends on the exact printer, ink route, room conditions and daily maintenance. The HY-702 DTF line documents white-ink circulation. The HY-4050 DTG sheet documents two Brother industrial heads with independently controlled color and white channels. Validate the selected line on your fabric and shift target.

How much power does a complete DTF or DTG setup use?

Power must be calculated for the complete configured line. The HY-4050 printer itself is documented at 140 W running and 100 W standby, while pretreatment and curing equipment add separate loads. The HY-702 printer, shaker and oven are specified together on the final quotation for the destination voltage.

How much ink is used per T-shirt for DTF and DTG?

DTF uses about 1.5 to 3 ml of colour plus white, depending on coverage. DTG lights use CMYK only; darks add a white underbase and use more. We can run custom tests on your artwork before you buy.

What daily maintenance is required?

Plan a nozzle check, the model-specific head-cleaning routine, capping and wiper inspection, and the ink-system checks listed in the supplied SOP. Maintenance time depends on idle periods, ink condition and the selected DTF or DTG configuration.

How long does the printhead last, and are spare parts available?

Printhead life varies with ink, environment, cleaning and operating hours, so it is not quoted as a fixed number. The final spare-parts list identifies the heads, caps, pumps, dampers and sensors recommended for the selected line.

What room environment do I need for a stable production line?

The HY-4050 sheet recommends 15–25°C and 40–60% RH. The DTF line is commissioned to its own ink and equipment requirements. Keep either area clean and away from dust, direct sunlight and strong airflow across the print zone.

What warranty do you offer, and how do you support overseas customers?

A 1-year machine-body warranty (the printhead is a consumable) with lifetime online support over WhatsApp, WeChat and remote tools, plus manuals and videos. On-site support is available for larger factories.

Do you train our operators?

Yes. Every machine ships with pre-shipment test prints and recorded parameters. After delivery we guide installation, RIP settings, calibration and maintenance step by step, with on-site training available for larger lines.

What garments and products can the DTF / DTG solution print?

DTF handles cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, canvas, bags and caps and other tricky fabrics. DTG suits cotton and high-cotton fashion, streetwear and merch. We recommend the right hybrid for your product mix.

How much does a complete 60 cm DTF or DTG line cost?

It depends on the configuration: DTF (HY-702) versus DTG (HY-4050), single or dual head, whether you add the shaker and oven, the ink set and the spares package. Instead of a list price we send an itemised quote and a break-even estimate within one business day. You can model your per-piece cost first in our DTG / DTF ROI calculator, then we tailor the line to your volume.

Ready to scale your DTG / DTF business?

Tell us your garments, daily volume and budget. Our factory engineers send a tailored line proposal, machine list, layout and shipping cost, within one business day.
