HY-60 Wash Label Printer

Overview

The HY-60 is a 600 mm wash-label printer built around dual Epson i3200-A1 industrial heads and pigment ink on ribbon media. It prints garment care labels with no plates and no minimum order - 6-up across the 600 mm web for instant setup on small batches.

Built and tested in-house

The HY-60 is manufactured on the same line as the rest of the range: sheet-metal, coating, assembly, a 72-hour burn-in and final inspection with traceable batch records before it ships (more on the factory). Every unit runs an ISO 9001 process with full machine testing before shipment, so the 720 × 1800 dpi print quality and wash-fastness below are verified at the unit level, not just on a reference sample.

Materials and washfastness

Compatible ribbon and care-label tape materials:

• Satin - common for premium care labels
• Nylon - durable, good chemical resistance
• Cotton - soft hand, often used for organic-cotton brands

Prints remain legible after 50+ washes depending on media, ink and finishing process - replacing plate-and-screen workflows on short runs with no setup overhead.

Who it’s for

Garment brands, apparel manufacturers and contract label producers who need plate-free care-label production for small batches, fast SKU changes or sample runs. Particularly useful for brands moving away from outsourced woven-label vendors with multi-thousand-piece minimums.

The HY-60 shares the 600 mm dual i3200-A1 platform used by the 60cm DTF line, so brands adding garment-transfer printing alongside care labels can standardize on one print engine.
