HY-702 UV 65cm UV-DTF Printer
UV-DTF is a non-textile transfer process: a UV-cured White + CMYK + Varnish stack prints on A/B film and laminates as a sticker onto glass, metal, plastic or wood - no heat press, no fabric.
The HY-702 UV is the 65 cm production machine for that process - a 3-head color / white / varnish architecture (XP600 or i3200-U1 engine) with water-cooled UV curing and auto feed / take-up for long, unattended runs.
Overview
The HY-702 UV is a 65 cm UV-DTF transfer printer built around a three-head architecture (color / white / varnish) so a complete W + CMYK + V print stack comes off the machine in one pass. It targets UV-DTF labels and decal production for non-textile substrates - glass, metal, plastic, wood, gifts and sports goods.
30 cm or 65 cm - which UV-DTF width
Two UV-DTF widths cover different volumes, and the choice comes down to throughput and batch size:
- HY-401 30cm UV-DTF - a desktop machine with a single i3200-U1HD head at roughly 0.76-2 m²/h. Best for labels, decals, small batches and sampling.
- HY-702 UV 65cm (this page) - a 65 cm production machine with a 3-head color / white / varnish layout at 8-10 m²/h (4-pass). Best for continuous, long-run decal and label output.
Both share the same A/B-film process and hard-substrate range; pick by how much you need to produce.

Process
Print W + color + varnish on the A film → UV cure → laminate to the B film → cold-transfer to glass / metal / plastic / wood. Varnish improves abrasion resistance and gloss; primer or plasma treatment further improves adhesion on difficult substrates.
