Overview
The HY-401 30UV is a 30 cm desktop UV-DTF printer built around a single Epson i3200-U1HD industrial UV printhead with multi-level greyscale. It prints CMYK + White + Varnish in one pass, sized for sampling, prototyping and small-batch UV-DTF transfer production - labels, phone cases, mugs, home décor decals and similar non-textile decoration.
Process
Print W + CMYK + V on the A film → laminate online → rewind / cure → cold-press with the B film → transfer onto the target substrate. Run ambient at 20–28 °C and 35–65% RH for stable lamination.
