Representative production scenario based on H·EASY deployment data - the customer's identity is withheld for confidentiality. Figures describe this machine configuration; actual results depend on fabric, coverage, pass mode and the acceptance standard.
A sportswear fabric mill upgraded from transfer-based polyester printing to high-temp direct disperse on 2.0 m fabrics, improving penetration, stretch performance and repeat consistency.
High-temp direct disperse drives ink into the polyester fibre core rather than sitting on the surface, which is what removes the white fibre edge that shows when transfer-printed stretch fabric is pulled. Reference output on this configuration is about 6,500 m/day; actual throughput depends on fabric construction, fixation method and the mill’s acceptance standard.
1.8m to 2.6m standard R2R printers (3.2m H3264/H3296 on request), 8 to 96 Ricoh Gen6 heads, up to 650 m²/h for silk, cotton, polyester and home textiles.
