DragonPlay Digital, in Shaoxing, ran a six-month collaboration with our engineering team to move high-temperature direct disperse printing into mass production - becoming the first factory in China to achieve mass-scale high-temp disperse direct printing, with 11 units of the H-Series class installed.

Why high-temp direct disperse

High-temp direct disperse forces ink into the polyester fibre core under elevated heat, reaching a penetration depth that transfer-based and low-temp methods cannot match. For stretch fabrics and sportswear, that depth is what removes the white fibre edge which appears when transfer-printed material is pulled - and it is the reason the route was chosen for production at this scale rather than a transfer workflow.

The deployment

The project ran across 11 machines over roughly six months, from process qualification through to stable mass production. It stands as a reference point for factories evaluating a move from transfer-based polyester printing to industrial high-temp direct disperse.
