Representative production scenario based on H·EASY deployment data - the customer's identity is withheld for confidentiality. Figures describe this machine configuration; actual results depend on fabric, coverage, pass mode and the acceptance standard.
A short-run apparel producer moved 1.5 m fashion fabrics to a pigment workflow on the H-1816, reducing wet post-processing and improving turnaround for frequent style changes and smaller order batches.
Because pigment printing fixes with heat rather than a steaming and multi-stage wash line, the producer removed the steam and effluent steps from the run - the practical draw of the waterless route for fast-fashion programs that live on quick changeovers and small, frequent batches. Reference output on this configuration is about 4,400 m/day; real capacity depends on fabric, coverage, pass mode and the sellable-quality standard.
1.8m to 2.6m standard R2R printers (3.2m H3264/H3296 on request), 8 to 96 Ricoh Gen6 heads, up to 650 m²/h for silk, cotton, polyester and home textiles.
